Installation guide

Photoluminescent Pavement Installation Process

A clear material route for turning a prepared surface into a durable, visible and luminous path after dark.

Project characteristics

01 / Material
Photoluminescent aggregate.
02 / Product format
Aggregate is supplied separately. Add the specified waterproof adhesive during installation for secure bonding.
03 / Pattern design
Use dedicated molds to place and fill the pattern. Remove the molds after curing, then complete the luminous aggregate fill.
04 / Clear-sky star effect
For EPDM surfaces, blend the aggregate with the surface granules before spreading. On hardened surfaces—permeable concrete, asphalt, resin-bound stone and colored anti-slip ceramic aggregate—broadcast the particles onto the surface, then compact and level.
05 / Specifications
Refer to the project drawings for detailed dimensions and layout.

Work scope / Base inspection and preparation

  1. 01 Sweep or clean
  2. 02 Approve sample
  3. 03 Backfill
  4. 04 Compact
  5. 05 Clean the work area
